Technician – Student Residence Valbonne (M/F)

Join our team as a Versatile Technician. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Technical Tasks: Restoring vacant apartments and performing routine maintenance work.
• Inventory Management and Reporting: Managing intervention equipment, organizing tools and the technical room, and reporting to the residence manager on tasks completed, the condition of apartments, and scheduled interventions.

Your Profile:
• You understand and apply hygiene and safety standards, including the use of protective equipment.
• You are skilled in handling and storing specific tools and can accurately report completed or pending tasks to the residence manager.

This position is similar to a building maintenance worker/handyperson role, where your versatility and technical skills will be essential to successfully fulfill your duties.

Contract Type:

• 24 hours per week

Compensation:
• €1,338.48/month (paid over 12 months)
