More about the residence
To guarantee your comfort, the residence strives to certify quality services. The services included in the residence are administrative assistance (CAF, bank, EDF) and a high-speed WIFI internet connection. We also offer a loan of household appliances and, if necessary, to collect your parcels. For your safety, we have installed a digital code to allow you to enter the residence. Additionally, parking is available within the residence for an extra fee.
A prime location in Aix-en-Provence, at the heart of schools and amenities
The Le California I and II residences, ideally located in the lively Beauvalle district, place you just minutes from many schools and universities, such as ISEC, IPSO, IUT Gaston Berger, and many more. You are also just a stone's throw from the schools on Avenue du Club Hippique, such as the Merkure and Maestris groups. Need to get to the city center? No problem, public transportation is right on your doorstep, allowing you to quickly get to the Faculties of Letters and Law. And to top it all off, shops, restaurants and the "Côté-Calif" bar-restaurant are just a few minutes' walk away!
