There are several ways to book your accommodation in a Gsa Résid residence.
You can book your future accommodation on specialized platforms for this type of search, such as Studapart or Immojeune.
However, the easiest way is to book directly on our website. You can choose to submit a file or simply make a contact request. Following this, the residence manager will contact you as soon as possible.
Booking student accommodation involves three simple steps:
1. Select your preferred accommodation from our offers.
2. Complete the booking form with the required information.
3. Your application will be reviewed by our team, who will get back to you as soon as possible.
Apartment availability is updated automatically, both on our website and on partner platforms such as Immojeune, Location Étudiant, and Studapart. Additionally, if no apartments are available, the residence will be marked as fully booked.
Our Gsa Résid student residences offer a full range of services, with some available as additional options. Besides fully furnished apartments, all equipment, spaces, and services have been designed to make life easier and ensure the success of our residents.

The Personalized Housing Allowance (APL) varies depending on your type of accommodation, place of residence, and academic conditions.
All our accommodations in Gsa Résid student residences are covered by APL.
Before applying, first check if you are eligible by doing a simulation on the CAF website: www.caf.fr. It only takes a few minutes.
If the result is positive, create an account on the website and submit your application online. You will need to send several documents:
• A copy (front and back) of your ID, passport, or birth certificate if you are a French citizen
• A copy of your valid residence permit if you are a foreigner
• A bank account statement (RIB) in your name
• The rental certificate completed by your landlord
The amount of assistance may vary depending on:
• The resources from the previous year
• Your family situation
• The type of accommodation
• The place of residence
• The number of children or dependents
• The rent amount
