How to book my student accommodation with Gsa Residences?
There are several ways to book your accommodation in a Gsa Résid residence.
You can book your future accommodation on specialized platforms for this type of search, such as Studapart or Immojeune.
However, the easiest way is to book directly on our website. You can choose to submit a file or simply make a contact request. Following this, the residence manager will contact you as soon as possible.
What are the steps to book a student accommodation online?
Booking student accommodation involves three simple steps:
1. Select your preferred accommodation from our offers.
2. Complete the booking form with the required information.
3. Your application will be reviewed by our team, who will get back to you as soon as possible.
What are the registration periods?
Registration periods in our Gsa Résid residences are open throughout the year.
How can I check the availability of residences?
Apartment availability is updated automatically, both on our website and on partner platforms such as Immojeune, Location Étudiant, and Studapart. Additionally, if no apartments are available, the residence will be marked as fully booked.
What events are organized in my residence?
We organize events throughout the year in all our student residences. These include contests, workshops, sports sessions, and coaching.

Am I eligible for housing assistance while renting in a student residence?
The Personalized Housing Allowance (APL) varies depending on your type of accommodation, place of residence, and academic conditions.
All our accommodations in Gsa Résid student residences are covered by APL.
How to apply for housing assistance?
Before applying, first check if you are eligible by doing a simulation on the CAF website: www.caf.fr. It only takes a few minutes.
If the result is positive, create an account on the website and submit your application online. You will need to send several documents:
• A copy (front and back) of your ID, passport, or birth certificate if you are a French citizen
• A copy of your valid residence permit if you are a foreigner
• A bank account statement (RIB) in your name
• The rental certificate completed by your landlord
The amount of assistance may vary depending on:
• The resources from the previous year
• Your family situation
• The type of accommodation
• The place of residence
• The number of children or dependents
• The rent amount
Can I rent in a Gsa Résid residence without a guarantor?
All Gsa Résid residences allow future tenants to stay in their apartments, thanks to various partners who act as guarantors, such as Garantme, Smart Garant, or Studapart.
What is the size of the apartments?
Depending on the residence, apartment types range from studios to T4 apartments, with sizes between 18m² and 70m².
How long is the rental contract with Gsa Résidences?
A student rental contract has a minimum duration of 12 months, but it can be terminated at any time with a one-month notice. Renewals are automatically extended unless otherwise specified.
Am I eligible for the residences if I am not a student?
Our Gsa Résid residences are also available for young professionals under 30 years old.
